Batik is a way of dyeing technique by using wax. Batik is made by painting wax on the pattern of Kimono. Therefore, we can make a fabric place of no dyeing. After drying wax, we start to dye a Kimono fabric. The main feature of batik is able to express a shadow picture and also dynamic pattern compared with Yuzen dyeing. As it's possible to dye both side of fabric, you can enjoy a deep color and abstract painting of Kimono.
